Roger Wiesmeyer
I found my way to life coaching after identifying as a musician for five decades. Before joining the Nashville Symphony in 2001, I played with the Pittsburgh, San Francisco, and Honolulu Symphonies. I have been a proud member of the Nashville Musicians Association for 41 years. I am a Nashville Native who is committed to racial, social, and environmental justice. I am also committed to rebuilding community in our fragmented, atomized cultures.

Why do I coach?
In 2019, my relationship with the world shifted when I started my journey of self discovery and recovery.
As I became more deeply aware of my needs and values, I discovered that my chosen career wasn’t nourishing me. A year later, I enrolled in Coaching for Transformation under the umbrella of Leadership that Works India. www.ltw.india.com
For nine months, my classmates and I learned the skills and craft of coaching.
Just as important, they held space for us to do our personal work. By creating a safe vessel for my clients to rediscover themselves, I feel like I am paying forward the gifts CFT gave me.
I look forward to accompanying you on your transformative journey.
